The King’s Man

Stuntflying worked under Stunt co-ordinator, Lenny Woodcock, HoD Ben Mahoney and 2nd Unit Director Brad Allen to rig and design and number of stunts and camera moves on the film. Two key sequences were the World War 1 Trenches and the Ice Climb. The trenches were prevised months before shoot and were used to design the camera moves and staging at the White Waltham set, or directly used to drive the 4-winch wirecam. The ice sequence involved a virtual production shoot where the DoP could film camera moves around a live stunt performer to design the sequence. This data informed a number of departments and the moves were directly programmed into the wirecam on set.
